My roommate and I are young professionals seeking a sublet, lease or lease takeover on Roosevelt Island on August 1st. We lived there for over a year and fell in love with the suburban feel, community atmosphere, runs through lighthouse park, and the sticky buns at the Saturday farmers market! We are ideally looking for the following but their all negotiable: 

-1 or 2 bedroom 
-$1500-$2200 
-furnished or unfurnished 
- prefer 6 month agreement or longer but this is negotiable

Hello! I offer dog walks for little dogs, cat sitting, as well as house sitting. I am glad to do over night stays at your house for your little dog while you travel or they can come stay overnight with me. Prices are as follows:

* Little dogs ~ 10lbs & under / $20 an hour / visit will include half hour dog walk, 30 mins play time, brushing, feeding and change of water, quiet petting time. I also offer daily text update with a picture so you will know all is well with your dog and what adventures we are on while you are away. I will do overnight stays for $50.00 a night which will include 4 walks, feeding and care of your small dog with the promise that I will do my best to try to follow your daily routine to keep stress levels low for everyone.

*Cat visits ~ $20 an hour / includes feeding, change of water, scoop or change of litter box and general clean up around litter box. I will also spend some time with your cat playing with them, brushing or just some quiet visit time and belly rub time so they do not get lonely while you are away. I will also, if you like, bring up your mail, bring in newspaper, give your house plants a drink of water and am glad to provide a daily text message with a picture for you so you can feel at ease while you travel.

I love doing this and it shows in how happy my long time human clients are and my four legged furry clients still are with me for almost six years! I am very happy and proud to provide references for you upon request.

$18/half hour solo walk
