Dining Table+4 Chairs - $100 (Roosevelt Island - Manhattan Park)

Four metal frame chairs with seat cushions. The seat cushion bottoms
(plywood) probably need to be replaced or secured in a more stable
fashion to the chair. Right now, they are secured by screws that are
too small.

Table is metal with a formica top. 41" diameter and 27" off the ground.

Moving to NYC on Sept 1, 2010

Dear Sir / Madam:

We, my husband is in his mid 50-s and I'm in my mid-30s, are looking for a move-in date in early September (September 1, 2010). Arriving mid-August. I used to live in the U.S. between 1995 - 2005, but have never lived on the island (just visited friends), so now moving back for a job. Our budget for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, is $1,000.00 -- prefer direct owner / no broker fee.

Thanks so much!
