My name is Diego Vicente. My roommate and I have been living on Roosevelt Island for over a year now. Our lease is up and we don't want to leave! We had an incredible deal, and are looking for something similar. If there are any subleases or leases that anyone would like to offer, I would greatly appreciate it. Our former landlady can back up rent paid in full and on time, and that apartment was immaculately taken care of ( it was furnished with her belongings).
