moving to R.I looking for an apartment

My wife and I are interested in moving to R.I and looking for a jr. 4 or a large ( 750 sqft+) One Bed/ba with washer dryer.

I spent some time looking at a few units but the asking is more than a 5^th ave apt. Not sure if the folks there live in another world.
