Huge & Cheap 3 Bedroom Apartment with Garden

In Manhattan Park, an over-sized Convertible 3 bedroom/2 bath with an extra large "L-Shape" kitchen and massive private garden for $3,235 a month for sublet or lease assumption. This apartment is larger than a conventional convertible 3 and tons of closets including a large pantry closet and a walk-in. Our lease runs until November of 2013, so you'd be locking into that price for a year.

We have loved this apartment and hate to leave it, but move we must. We are looking at leaving November 1st but can be flexible in either direction.

Wow this looks amazing and so much cheaper than my small, ugly 3 bedroom apt with no garden in the awful Roosevelt Landings which costs me 3,400$....

I like how the floor plan looks smart and efficient for all types of homeowners. With the right furniture, this house could look as luxurious as those high end homes.
